So far so good
I have been wearing these for a few weeks now. Definitely keeps you more grounded. Let’s face it .., I need any edge I can get and these help I went up 1/2 a size due to reviews and am glad I did

It's a Game Changer...
The comfort, support and fit of the Nike Savaleos White/Gold weightlifting shoes far exceeds my expectations and supersedes my previous weightlifting shoes I had. It is lightyears ahead of anything else I have used.
With regards to sizing, I saw several reviews complaining about the sizing. Based on my personal experience, I have always gone a size up and I can advise you should take a size up from your normal shoe size. The shoe should fit snuggly, no sideways movement.
The shoes have taken my weightlifting to a whole new level.
