  1. 01Measure around the centre of your kneecap with your leg out straight and muscles relaxed.
  2. 02Measure around the thickest part of your calf. If your calf is more than 4 cm (1.6 in) larger than your knee, size up.
  3. 03Want a tight powerlifting fit? Size down. New to sleeves? Stay with the recommended size, especially at medium or smaller.
