How To Measure

The sizing is the range of circumferences for the belt; please measure the circumference of your current belt on the tightest setting and select a size where this is in the middle of the range.

If you do not have a belt; please measure your waist where the belt will sit ( above the navel), while bracing. Please do not use your trouser waist measurement.

We recommend a belt where you fall in the middle of the sizing guide.

If you are unsure about your size please email us your weight, height as well as waist measurements.

I love the SBD powerlifting belt
The belt is well made and very robust. I have had a pronged belt and a lever belt and they were both great however this SBD belt provides the additional flexibility to quickly adjust the size as needed. Brilliant.
