How To Measure

The sizing is the range of circumferences for the belt; please measure the circumference of your current belt on the tightest setting and select a size where this is in the middle of the range.

If you do not have a belt; please measure your waist where the belt will sit ( above the navel), while bracing. Please do not use your trouser waist measurement.

We recommend a belt where you fall in the middle of the sizing guide.

If you are unsure about your size please email us your weight, height as well as waist measurements.

Finally, SBD's 10mm belt is here. The 10mm powerlifting belt shares many features with the 13mm powerlifting belt, including its patented adjustable lever design. However, its lower profile and rounded buckle design may be perfect for athletes who are in lower weight classes, or who have experienced some discomfort with the 13mm belt.

The 10mm belt is designed to provide significant support but with less restriction than the 13mm belt.
Featuring an updated adjustable lever buckle with a lower profile design and softer rounded edges.
Takes less time to break in and will mould to your body faster than the 13mm belt.

I absolutely love this belt! It fits perfectly and if your body fluctuates like most peopleâ€™s bodies do, you can adjust it without having to use a tool to help. Itâ€™s so comfortable and very flattering too. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy the best quality lifting belt!

Im still shocked that with my delivery of the belt, the fact it only took less than 24 hours to reach my house after coming from a different state. Asides from amazing delivery, the belt met the high expectations I had hoped for in terms of quality. In my eyes, definitely worth the price.
