Shipping

We are as excited about our products as you are, so we will always ship your order ASAP. All orders are shipped and processed the same or next day and if there is a delay, we will always let you know.
Once your order has shipped you will received a confirmation email with the tracking number of your order with the relevant shipping service.

*Free Express shipping for orders over $200 only applies to Australian Domestic Orders.

 Australian Domestic Shipments

Same Day Deliveries (Serviced by Zoom2u)

  • Cannot ship to PO BOXES or parcel lockers
  • Orders must be placed before 12pm between Monday and Friday. 
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
  • Sydney metropolitan Customers Only.

Express Shipping (including FREE Express Shipping orders)

Our Express Shipping service is provided by Australia Post. This allows for deliveries nationwide including PO Boxes. Shipping times vary from 1-3 days depending on your location. For example, average shipping time to Perth is 2 days (shipped on Tuesday arrived Thursday). Sydney Metro and most east coast capital cities are next business day delivery.

If you are not present for delivery then the courier will leave a card for you to take to the local post office to pick up the item with your ID.

DHL Express Domestic & International

DHL Express offers shipping, tracking and courier delivery services all over Australia as well as to most countries. Unfortunately they cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping times vary from next day to 7 days depending on location. For example we have had shipments picked from our warehouse in Sydney on the Monday and arrive in New Jersey, United States on Thursday the same week.

 

Please Note:

We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post or the respective carriers. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post representative or the respective carriers upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on sale items, or purchases that were made using a discount voucher/code.

Exchanges/Returns

We want you to be satisfied with everything you order from us, therefore, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

  • To exchange or refund an item enter your email address and order/invoice number in the order search.
  • Only items that are in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging will be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Items must be packaged appropriately for transport. Product packaging cannot be used for shipping purposes. 
  • If you are exchanging an item please state which size you want in the notes of the returns process.
  • For exchanges please include an empty self-addressed return satchel for the exchange item. 
  • City Strength cannot be held liable for the loss of goods being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. 
  • City Strength reserves the right to refuse items that do not fulfil the above-mentioned requirements.

Shipping for exchange

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please do not send your item until you have an RA number emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@citystrength.com.au.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
