First pair of shoes I've bought for weight-lifting and strength training and they are great. Good value for money
Definitely need to go one size up. I am an 8.5 and a 9 is snug, but a good fit. Nice solid heel, decent enough flexibility in the mid and fore foot for lunges etc. For the price they are a great buy.
