About Me

I got into powerlifting because I just wanted to gain strength for boxing which was what i was doing at the time. I also needed a gym to be able to run when i couldn't outside because of the weather.

What does your competition day look like (Do you have a pre-comp ritual or superstitions)?
Make weight then lift weight, nothing out of the ordinary.
What is the most important mental aspect of your training and competing?
Not being so attached to the poor performing days for too long, understanding it happens then moving on very fast to be able to come back in the following session/s and perform as well as possible after.
Who are your role models and why?
I don't have any specific role models, anyone at the top of their game in sports or any area really will be someone i look up to but no one specifically.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start in the sport?
Don't shy away from the platform!
What are your plans and goals for the future in your sport and generally?
Get back to worlds, work towards the podium, and solidify something that will take years to beat in the country.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the gym/sport?
Hanging out with mates!
