Great option for weightlifting/accessory work!
Couldn't recommend these more for weightlifting accessory work where you want to get less restriction in the bottom positions. Great alternative from the normal sleeves.

Size down if you have twig legs
My knee joint measures as an XL, but my thighs aren’t XL so I would’ve preferred an L. They still feel great but could be tighter up top.
