Do you have a real store? Can I come in and look at your gear in store? I live nearby can I come and pick up my order?
Yes! you can order online and select "In store pick up" (Only for NSW customers) or you can come in to our City Strength retail store at 2/23-31 Bowden St, Alexandria NSW 2015.
What are your trading hours?
Our online store is operating 24/7. If you have enquiries, please send us an email or call and we aim to get back to you as soon as we can usually within 24-48 hours.
City Strength Retail Store Hours: 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Order, Shipping & Returns
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This is dependant on the shipping option you choose at checkout:
Australian Domestic Shipments
Same Day Deliveries (Serviced by Zoom2u)
- Cannot ship to PO BOXES or parcel lockers
- Orders must be placed before 11am between Monday and Friday.
- Orders placed after 11am or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
- Sydney metropolitan Customers Only.
Australia Post (Express Post & Parcel Post)
- Next Business Day delivery is (once shipped) is guaranteed if your postal address is within the Express Post network and meet the Express Post service conditions. This allows for deliveries nationwide including PO Boxes.
- Shipping times vary from 2 - 3 business days depending on your location.

If you are not present for delivery then the courier will leave a card for you to take to the local post office to pick up the item with your ID.
Covers all of Australia and is the most economical option with delivery times in 2 or more business days after shipping.
Interstate Deliveries may take from 3 - 6 business days after shipping depending on location.
DHL Express Domestic & International
DHL Express offers shipping, tracking and courier delivery services all over Australia as well as to most countries. Unfortunately they cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping times vary from next day to 7 days depending on location.
For international shipments please allow extra time to clear customs.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is available from both AusPost & DHL.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post for all our domestic shipments.
For international shipments DHL Express is our carrier of choice although AusPost has some competitive options too.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of the order. You can easily calculate shipping costs in your shopping cart after adding all the items you want to purchase. Simply select the state/territory/country and put in your postcode, click calculate and the shipping cost will appear under the subtotal of your cart.
What is my tracking number?
After your order has been shipped we send and a shipping confirmation with the tracking details to the email address you provided. Simply click on the link and it will take you straight to the Australia post website. Please allow for up to 24 hours for tracking info to show.
I ordered the wrong product/size/quantity. What do I do now?
Please send us an email as soon as possible However, this only works before we start processing your order.
My items don’t fit can I return or exchange them? How does it work?
We at City Strength want you to be satisfied with everything you order from us therefore we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy which goes into effect from the day you receive your order.

I sent my return items back to you. How do I know you’ve received them?
Once we receive your items we will be in touch with you once we’ve processed your requested exchange or refund. Please have a look at our Shipping & Returns page for more detailed info.
I want to return an item but I have lost my original invoice. Can I still return it?
Not to worry! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (please include the full name under which the order was made). We will be able to find your order in the system and then we’ll go from there.
My items are faulty. Can I get a refund?
All products are warranted against manufacturing faults and not wear and tear. If you experience a fault with any of our stocked products please contact us ASAP. We may require you to send back the item for inspection and assessment. Once assessed, we will contact you to make arrangements for either a replacement or a refund. It is the customers responsibility for the shipping the product back for assessment.
Do your knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps and socks come in pairs?
Yes. with the exception of Rehband. All SBD products come in pairs. They cannot be sold separately.
How do I measure my knee/calf to find the right size for the knee sleeves?
Knee: Measure around the knee right across the patella (knee cap) with your leg straight and relaxed.
Calf: Measure around the thickest part of your calf.
If your unsure about sizing just send us an email with your measurements in centimetres and we will be able to help you pick the right size.
I heard you should order your knee sleeves a size or two down. Is that true?
Generally, no. Compared to other brands SBD knee sleeves don’t stretch much and are therefore much harder to get on. If the sleeves are too small you won’t be able to get them on or even worse they get damaged in the process of trying.
Sleeves that have been damaged by trying to squeeze into a size that is obviously too small will not be exchanged or refunded.
The sizing chart is very accurate so please order according to it. If your calves are much bigger than your knees please use your calf measurement to choose as this is the part the sleeves have to pass to get over your knees. We know that everyone likes a snug fit on their knee sleeves and we want you to get the size that provides your desired support and protection of your knee joint. So if you’re not sure just send us an email, a Facebook message or give us a call and we will sure be able to help you find the right fit!
Which wrist wraps should I get?
We recommend for most general lifting work to be done with the flexible wrist wraps, length will come down to personal preference. The longer the wrap the more revolutions around the wrist can be made and more secure it will feel. The stiff wraps are recommended when a hard cuff around the wrist is needed for pressing movements. This will restrict the movement greatly for maximum support.
Which products are IPF approved?
All of our SBD products are IPF approved and can be used in IPF sanctioned powerlifting competitions. Elbow sleeves are generally excepted for use in competition for all brands.
Do I need to wear deadlift socks in comp?
Please have a look at the rule book of your respective powerlifting federation to find out more.
